Branding Services Australia respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What information we collect
When you submit a quote request through our contact form, we collect:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your business name
- The type of branding service you need
- Your city
- Any project details you provide in the message field
- How you found our website (optional)
We do not collect phone numbers. We use basic web analytics (Google Analytics 4) to understand how visitors use the site, which collects anonymous usage data such as page views and session duration.
How we use your information
The information you submit is used solely to match you with an appropriate branding designer in our network. We forward your enquiry to the selected designer so they can contact you directly with a quote. Your information is not used for any other purpose and is not sold or shared with third parties beyond the matched designer.
Who we share your information with
Your quote enquiry is forwarded to one independent branding professional in our network who is matched to your project — typically Liam at Longshot Studio or one of our other Australian designer partners. This is the only third party that receives your information.
We do not sell your data, use it for unrelated marketing, or share it with advertising networks.
How we store your information
Quote enquiries are stored in our secure email systems for the purpose of record keeping and follow-up. We retain enquiries for 24 months, after which they are deleted unless you become an ongoing contact.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. This uses cookies and collects anonymous usage data. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Your rights
Under Australian privacy law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of any inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information
