What this site is

This site is where Australian businesses brief branding services: logo design, brand identity and the graphic design that goes with them.

You describe the project once, I read it, and my reply comes back with questions and a price written against your actual scope.

The site also publishes the reference material that would otherwise go into every reply: what the different kinds of brand work are, what drives the price, and what a good brief contains.

That material lives on the brand design, logo design and graphic design pages, and in the free tools, and you’re welcome to use all of it without sending an enquiry.

Who does the work

I do, personally, from a logo on its own to a full identity and the website that carries it.

Every brief comes straight to me, I quote on it, and if you go ahead I design and deliver it myself.

Your brief stays with me, and it’s never sold on.

What actually happens when you send a brief

1. You fill in the form. Business name, what you think you need, your city and a short description of the project. It takes about 2 minutes, and the phone field is optional.
2. I read it. Every enquiry, myself. If the brief sits outside brand and website work, I’ll tell you plainly.
3. You get a reply. Usually a few questions, then a quote on your actual scope. How your details are handled is set out in the privacy policy.
4. You decide. There’s no obligation at any point, and the quote costs nothing whether you go ahead or not.

How pricing works

Asking for a quote is free.

If you go ahead, you pay for the work at the price in the quote you accepted.

You pay me directly, because I’m the one doing the work.

Comparing 2 or 3 quotes is a sensible step on any design project, and mine is a free one to include.

Who runs this site

This site went live in April 2026.

It took its current name in October 2026, and it’s separate from the Queensland company Branding Services Australia Pty Ltd.

I’m Chris Lourenco, the director of Loudachris Digital Marketing, an Adelaide studio for brand and website work, and I run this site.

Most of my clients are South Australian businesses, and recent website work includes Chong & Co Lawyers, Yardner and Patritti in Adelaide and Soft Cool in Melbourne.

What I can promise

I read your brief myself, it stays with me rather than being sold on, and I aim to reply within 1 business day.

Price, timing and deliverables are set in the written quote for your project, and they should be agreed in writing before any deposit is paid.

The legal position is set out in the terms of service.

To ask a question before sending a brief, the contact page takes questions through the same form, and the FAQ answers most of what comes in.
