Privacy Policy

This website, branding-services.com.au, is operated by Loudachris Pty Ltd (ACN 630 143 190, ABN 73 630 143 190) of Adelaide, South Australia, trading as Branding Services by Loudachris and as Loudachris Digital Marketing (“we”, “us”, “our”).

We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What information we collect

When you submit an enquiry through our quote form, we collect:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your business name
• The type of branding service you need
• Your city
• Any project details you provide in the message field
• How you found our website (optional)
• Your phone number (optional)
• The page you sent the enquiry from
• Your IP address, used to block spam

The chat widget in the corner of the page is a short questionnaire rather than a live conversation, and it collects:

• Your first name and email address
• Your business name and phone number, both optional
• Your answers to 4 questions: what is prompting the work, what you think you need, a rough budget range, and when you want to start
• The page you were on when you sent it

The budget question asks for a broad range rather than a figure, so the quote can be pitched sensibly.

Every question can be skipped by closing the widget, and nothing is stored until you press send on the final step.

The phone field is optional, and the form submits without it. If you give a number, it is used only to reply to your enquiry, and only by phone if you would rather talk than email.

If you call us on 0403 454 199, we see the number you call from and keep a note of what you tell us, so we can answer your enquiry. That note is handled in the same way as an enquiry sent through the form.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, which collects usage data such as page views and session duration.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to read your brief, reply to it, quote on the work, and carry out the work if you go ahead.

It is not used for any other purpose, it is not sold, and it is not added to a marketing list.

Who we share your information with

Your enquiry is read by our director, Chris Lourenco.

It is not passed to other studios, designers or bidders, and it is not resold.

A small number of service providers process data on our behalf in the ordinary course of running the site: an email delivery provider (which sends the enquiry to us), a hosting provider (which handles the web request), a lead record and text message service (which stores the enquiry and texts a summary of it to our mobile), and Google Analytics 4 (usage data).

They act on our instructions and do not use your enquiry for their own purposes.

Some of these providers store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States.

We do not sell your data, use it for unrelated marketing, or share it with advertising networks.

How we store your information

Enquiries are stored in our email and lead record systems for record keeping and follow-up.

We keep them for up to 24 months, then take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify them, unless you have become a client.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics 4 uses cookies to understand how visitors use the site.

You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Your rights

Under Australian privacy law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of any inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC)

We aim to respond to any of these requests within 1 business day and to complete them within the timeframes set by the Privacy Act.
