Where your brief goes

Branding Services by Loudachris is the branding side of Loudachris Digital Marketing, my Adelaide studio for brand and website work.

Your brief comes straight to me, and I reply with questions and then a quote on the actual scope.

If you go ahead, I do the work myself, and your brief stays with me throughout.

Calling me

Call 0403 454 199, Tuesday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Adelaide time.

I answer it myself, and a call is a good way to talk a job through before you write the brief.

Outside those hours, the form or the chat in the corner reaches me, and I aim to reply within 1 business day.

The form also has an optional phone field if you’d rather I call you back.

Good to know before you ask

• A price comes from a quote written against your brief, so the quote form is the place to start for a number.
• Delivery dates, revision counts and deliverables are set in the written quote, and they should be agreed in writing before any deposit is paid.
• The terms of service set out the legal position for every project.
• Trade mark and business name questions belong with a registered trade marks attorney, and an hour of their time is well spent.
