What happens when you email
A person reads it. There is no ticketing system, no auto-responder sequence and no chatbot in front of the inbox. We aim to reply within 1 business day. That is an aim and not a guarantee, and it is deliberately stated that way: a promise we cannot enforce is worth nothing to you.
If your email describes a project, we will usually ask you to put it through the quote form instead. That is not us being awkward. The form captures the details a designer needs before they can price anything, so a brief that arrives through it gets a useful answer faster than a 2-line email does.
If your email is about something else, a correction to a page, a question about how the referral works, a permissions or media request, or a request to see or delete the information we hold about you, it is answered directly. Data requests are handled under the privacy policy.
Where your brief goes
Branding Services Australia is a lead generation and referral service. We do not employ designers and we do not do design work. When you send a brief, a person reads it and passes it to an experienced Australian brand design studio, and a professional brand designer replies to you directly with questions and a fixed-price quote.
We are paid a referral fee by that studio, and only when an introduction turns into paid work. Nothing is added to your price and you are never invoiced by us. The about page sets out the economics in full and how it works covers what happens to a brief step by step.
Why there is no phone number
Because we do not make sales calls, and a published number that nobody answers is worse than no number at all. Everything runs through the form and the email address above. Once your brief reaches the designer, the 2 of you are free to arrange a call directly if that suits you both. We are not part of that conversation.
What we cannot help with
- We cannot quote you. Price belongs to the designer and is settled in the quote they send you.
- We cannot commit anyone to a delivery date, a revision count or an outcome. Ask for all 3 in writing before you pay a deposit.
- We are not a party to any agreement you sign with a designer, so we cannot intervene in a live project. See the terms of service.
- We do not give legal advice on trade marks or business names. That is a job for a registered trade marks attorney, and it is worth the hour.
